Located just a 5-minute walk from the beach, you can easily head to the sand and back whenever you please. When you return from a sun-soaked afternoon, skip the indoor mess entirely. Head straight to our luxury outdoor shower. It is fully enclosed for your complete privacy and features hot water so you can rinse off comfortably. Toss your wet towels onto the drying hooks, step inside a clean, sand-free home, and head out to the gated private patio. No smoking/vaping/chewing tobacco inside the property. There will be a $750 fine if this rule is broken. Furniture is not to be rearranged or moved. We have strategically placed all items. They are heavy. This is for your safety as well as to protect the property. Mother Nature blesses us with many things and we do not issue refunds or discounts for them. 🐛 ⛈️ 🐞 We take full video and pictures of the property between rentals. Any broken or missing items you will be charged for, plus cost to replace. The security cameras and the smart lock are not to be tampered with in any way or disconnected for a reason. The cameras views the front of the property area *only* and is critical for security and insurance. **You will have your reservation immediately cancelled and will be removed from the property if the smart devices or camera are tampered with** Max occupancy is 6. Old Orchard Beach defines occupancy as anyone on the premises during your stay for 15 minutes or more.
